Terms of Service

By creating an account, listing a server, voting, purchasing a premium subscription or featured slot, or otherwise using MinecraftServersList, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

MinecraftServersList is a community-voted directory of Minecraft servers. We provide a platform for server owners to list their servers and for players to discover, browse, and vote for servers. We also offer optional paid premium placement and subscription services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Each account is for individual use only.

• You may only list Minecraft servers that you own or have explicit permission to represent.
• All server information (name, IP, description, images) must be accurate and not misleading.
• You may not list servers that promote illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or contain malicious software.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without refund.
• By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your server information on our platform.

• Voting is limited to once per 24 hours per server, per Minecraft username.
• Vote manipulation, including the use of bots, VPNs, proxies, or automated tools to generate votes, is strictly prohibited.
• Servers caught engaging in vote manipulation may be removed from the directory, demoted in rankings, or permanently banned without refund.
• We reserve the right to invalidate suspicious votes at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service.

• All payments for premium listings, featured slots, and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes premium subscriptions, featured slot purchases, and any other paid services. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to renewals after notice is provided.
• If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund.

• All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on MinecraftServersList are owned by us or our licensors.
• "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
• Server banners, icons, and descriptions submitted by users remain the property of their respective owners, but are licensed to us for display on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party Minecraft servers listed on our platform. Use of listed servers is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MinecraftServersList AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100 if you made no payments.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MinecraftServersList, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your server listing, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
