• Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials when you register. We use Supabase Auth for secure authentication.
• Server Listings: Information you provide about your Minecraft server, including server name, IP address, MOTD, version, gamemode, and optional banner/icon images.
• Contact Form Data: Name, email, subject, and message content when you contact us through our support form.
• Vote Data: Minecraft username and timestamp when voting for servers, to enforce the 24-hour voting limit.
• Payment Information: We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We receive subscription status and billing period information from Stripe.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site for security and analytics purposes.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual necessity: To provide our services (server listings, voting, premium features).
• Consent: When you voluntarily submit contact forms or opt-in to communications.
• Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• To provide and maintain our services (server directory, voting system, premium listings).
• To authenticate users and manage accounts.

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies. These keep you signed in, protect our voting system (one vote per Minecraft account per day), remember your consent choice, and are required for the site to function. Essential cookies cannot be switched off.
• Advertising and analytics cookies. When allowed, these enable personalized ads, ad measurement, and traffic analytics through Google. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so ad storage and analytics storage are denied by default until you accept them. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any advertising or analytics cookies are set; visitors in other regions may receive non-personalized ads by default and can opt out at any time.

You can review or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent only affects future processing — lawful data already collected is retained as described in Section 7.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: For database hosting and authentication services.
• Google (AdSense & Analytics): For serving and measuring ads and for aggregated traffic analytics, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Personalized advertising cookies are only set with your consent (or on an opt-out basis outside the EU/EEA/UK/CH).
• Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
• Server listings: Retained while the listing is active or until you request removal.
• Contact messages: Retained for up to 2 years for support reference.
• Vote records: Retained for 90 days to enforce voting limits, then anonymized.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States and the European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required by GDPR.

Depending on your location, you have the right to:
