About MinecraftServersList

Vote-ranked Minecraft server list

How the ranking works

Player votes determine the standard monthly ranking. Featured slots are numbered paid positions above that ranking, while Premium membership adds listing benefits and rotating promotion. These are separate products, and neither purchases votes.

FAQ

What is MinecraftServersList?

MinecraftServersList is a directory of Minecraft multiplayer servers. Compare gamemodes, supported editions and versions, countries, player counts and player reviews, then copy a server address to join a community that fits your playstyle. Browsing does not require a site account.

How are Minecraft servers ranked?

The standard server list ranks organic listings by votes received in the current UTC calendar month. Monthly totals reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month; all-time totals remain. Purchased Featured placements sit above the organic ranking in slot order. Premium is a separate upgrade with rotating promotional placements, not a purchase of votes.

How often can I vote, and do I need an account?

Voting is free and does not require a MinecraftServersList account or email. You can vote once per server per UTC calendar day, with voting reopening at 00:00 UTC. Use your in-game username, including any prefix your server requires for Bedrock players. Daily voting and network safeguards apply to all listings.

How do I join a server?

For Java Edition, copy the listing's Java address and enter it under Multiplayer, Add Server in Minecraft. For Bedrock Edition, use the Bedrock address and port shown on the listing where your device supports adding external servers. Console access can differ from mobile and Windows. Check the supported Minecraft versions and any whitelist or modpack requirements before joining.

How do I add my server, and is listing free?

Create a free account, confirm your email and open Add Server in your dashboard. Enter the address for your server's edition, its name, description and relevant listing details. Your server must respond as online when you submit a new listing. The description needs at least 200 characters of your own text, excluding links, and at least 30 distinct words. Listing is free; paid promotion is optional.

Does my server need Votifier or NuVotifier?

No. Players can vote without Votifier being configured. To offer in-game rewards, configure your listener in your server settings: Votifier v1 uses an RSA public key, while NuVotifier v2 uses a token. The listener must be reachable at the configured host and port. Reward delivery also depends on your server's listener and reward plugin; a recorded vote does not by itself guarantee an in-game reward.

What is the difference between Featured and Premium?

Featured is a one-off purchase of a numbered top placement for a fixed run, with gold Featured styling. Premium upgrades one server with purple styling, more frequent bumps, extra listing options, rotating promotional placements and impression reporting. They are separate purchases and can be used together. Check their pages for current prices, availability and terms.

How can I find servers with the right gamemode or location?

Browse by gamemode, Minecraft edition, supported version or country rather than relying only on the overall ranking. Survival, Skyblock, PvP and modded servers offer different experiences. Read each listing's description and reviews, and use player counts and uptime as additional signals rather than guarantees of quality or low latency.

Where can I read or publish server updates?

The Updates page collects owner-written announcements about server changes. Owners can publish one update per server per UTC day, and signed-in visitors can comment and react with emojis. Each server's update history provides more context about its ongoing activity. Announcements come from owners; they are not automatically inferred resets or independently verified promises.

Who runs the servers, and how do I report a problem?

Listed servers are operated by their own owners, not by MinecraftServersList. Contact the server through the website or Discord on its listing for bans, gameplay issues and missing rewards. Use the listing's report option for inappropriate or inaccurate listing content. For problems with this website, contact our support team. Never share your Minecraft or Microsoft password with a server or another player.
